Responsibilities:Identify and target business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

Maintain a deep understanding of program standards, compliance requirements, and industry trends related to your specialization (e.g., GMP, HACCP, RSPO, ISCC, FSC).
Regularly update knowledge on program-specific regulations, certifications, and industry developments to best serve client needs and drive strategy.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and offer solutions.
Provide personalized services and solutions that align with the company's offerings.
Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
Work with the marketing team to design promotional materials, campaigns, and product offerings to meet client requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Provide insights into market conditions and suggest improvements to existing strategies.
Analyze customer feedback to improve services and products.
Prepare and submit business proposals, contracts, and agreements in a timely manner.
Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and company profitability.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, and operations) to ensure successful execution of business deals.
Support the team in achieving organizational goals and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates and reports on progress to the management team, including sales performance and potential opportunities.
Provide post-sale support to clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Address any issues or concerns raised by clients and ensure timely resolution.
Skills and Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Food Safety, Forestry, Biomass Palm Based or related field.
Experience:1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (sales experience or industry experience is a plus).
Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven sales experience in one of the specified program areas—Food Safety, ISO Management Systems, Palm Sustainability, Biofuels & Biomass, or Forestry & Timber—is an advantage.
If you don't have direct industry experience, strong sales skills are essential, and comprehensive training will be provided for your specific program.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
