Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join our dynamic sales team in Kuching, Sarawak as a Sales Executive/Supervisor. You'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, exceeding targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on effective strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business prospects.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Manage showroom operations (if applicable - specify tasks like preparing quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, ensuring showroom presentation meets standards).
Requirements:
Proven sales or business development experience (specify years and industry preference, e.g., 2+ years in furniture/home appliances).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, with alternate rest days.
Must possess at least an SPM/STPM/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent qualification.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for exceptional customer service.
Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (essential).
