Sales Executives For Kuching (Project & Retail)

Job Description:
To plan and implement new product launching or organize product exhibition whenever is necessary.To analyze sales results, market share and brand profits and adjust plans where necessary.To initiate product improvement as dictated by changes in customer requirements and competitor action.To plan and organize suitable sales campaign, promotional items, or incentives for the customers.To conduct market research to identify selling possibility and evaluate customers needs.To negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objection.To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.To develop business opportunities and nurture relationship with architects, consultants and developers.,To prepare and conduct presentation to architects, consultants and developers whenever deemed necessary.,To source and provide new potential projects information in the market.,Handle customer's enquiries and feedbacks.,Provide timely and accurate analysis and reports for decision making.,To perform other duties as required by the Management.Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial), Business related field or equivalent.Preferably Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/Project or equivalent.2 years experience in project and retail market sales preferred.Required Skill(s): Microsoft OfficeAbility to meet assigned deadlines and sales target.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibilities.Independent and able to multi-task and work under minimal daily supervision to accomplish objective.Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all level of employees, Management and external agencies.
