Sales Head

- Ensure that all targets set by headquarters are met by all personnel in charge and successfully achieved.
- Oversee staff development and training.
- Align operations and directions with headquarters as needed.
- Attain company-set sales objectives.
- Supervise and coach a sales advisor team consisting of 10 individuals.
- Monitor follow-up activities with sales advisors and potential buyers.
- Develop and carry out monthly marketing campaigns.
- Supervise the daily operations of the showroom.
- Compile monthly sales reports for management review.

; Requirements:- - At least 2 years of experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Automotive Industry is beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively in English/Bahasa, with proficiency in Mandarin considered a plus
- Skilled in using computers and digital tools
- Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
