Sales Intern

Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting outbound calls and sending emails to existing customers to generate interest in Machines' products/solutions and explore upsell opportunities.Support the team in identifying and qualifying opportunities from leads generated at retail stores, headquarters, networking, and referrals.Engage with existing customers to understand their needs, provide information, and address questions or concerns.Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Contribute to preparing and presenting reports on sales performance and base management initiatives.Collaborate with the sales team to align on base management initiatives and campaigns.Requirements: Interest in gaining experience in telesales and telemarketing.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.A motivated, results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.Proficiency in English and Malay.Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
