Job Scope:



-Be part of creating pleasant customer experiences 


-Meet and greet clients and leads according to company SOPs


-Tend to online and offline enquiries


-Learn to execute customer related administrative tasks 



-Accurate customer record keeping


-Team updates and appointments


-Data entry for leads and enquiries



-Liaising and communicating with different departments according to the needs of the job

; Requirements:- This job shall require the individual to have:



-Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.


-Good communication and interpersonal skills.


-Quick learner on work processes.


-Detail oriented, comfortable with paperwork and attending to clients.


-Willing to work 5.5 days a week including public holidays
