Job Purpose:
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
Key Accountabilities:
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
-Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
-Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
-Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-To assist on projects where necessary.
-Perform other tasks and responsibilities as and when assigned. This task may or will be communicated via emails, memo, letter, WhatsApp, Telegram or any other readable methods.
Key Skills:
-To prepare reports of all sales leads.
-To compile presentations, proposals, quotations and prepare weekly/monthly reports for Management.
-Set up meetings with prospective client to discuss their needs and service offerings.
-To work with marketing to develop proposals.
-Sales call follow ups.
-Co-Calls to potential clients. Opening of new potential business lead generation.
-Communication with existing clients to update them on the company's solution, services and technology.
-To handle requests from clients by respond to customer inquiries
-Create case studies on our projects and services.
-Assist in planning for exhibitions that we may attend or participate.
-And other task which is requested and required for the sales growth of the company.

; Requirements:-
-A minimum 5 years of work in any combination of Sales, Marketing Management, Marketing, Market Intelligence or related fields
-Minimum 5 years' experience in the field of BAS/BMS/ HVAC/ CONTROLS / ELECTRONICS (or similar industry function/knowledge)
-Competent skills in Microsoft Office 2010 including CRM/SAP.
-Minimum a Diploma in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration.
