Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Proficiency in using CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines.
Experience in managing a team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring team performance would be a plus.
