Responsibilities
Develops and executes strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth for hospitals, homecare, and distributors.
Manages key client relationships, negotiates deals, and delivers impactful sales presentations.
Oversees regional budgets, including revenue, gross margins, and promotional expenses.
Leads distributor programs, target-setting, and marketing initiatives to achieve corporate objectives.
Conducts market visits, monitors action plans, and identifies opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
5 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a sales representative, excluding pharmaceuticals.
Experience working with local or international manufacturers (preferred) or distributors of medical furniture and devices in sales.
Direct sales experience with medical equipment to government hospitals.
Knowledge of the procurement process and strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the government healthcare sector.
Holds a valid driver's license in Malaysia.
Willing to travel for business within Malaysia and Singapore.
