We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Damansara City Mall.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling and email campaigns to potential customers
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
Build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales appointments and ultimately into closed deals
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on increasing revenue growth and market share
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services and gather insights on customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
Nice to Have:
Experience in the automotive industry or related field
Certification in sales or marketing
