Star Glory Group is an exciting and fast-growing profitable group of companies and has businesses that specialize in selling duty-free products and providing logistics services.
This role will be a key member of the Star Glory duty-free branch business outlet team and will play an important role in leading the business unit in driving results. This role also needs to manage and promote the retail center to achieve profitability objectives.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Dedicated to coordinate sales team, ensure the team's sales target are met and support the management
Will perform sales, management and administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales performance and monitoring inventory.
Maintain a clean, organized and comfortable retail environment for customers' great shopping experience
Excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills
Resolve customer complaints quickly and identify remedial actions to address the root cause of the problem.
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Duty-Free products especially Liquor & Tobacco, Perfume & Cosmetic, Skincare, Chocolates & Confectionary
Recruiting and training new sales team, assigning specific tasks to other sales team and monitoring the team's sales performance
Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions
Writing reports for Branch Executives
Assisting with the selling of branch's products and assisting to maximize sales
Stocking shelves, setting up displays and performing cleaning duties
Providing sales team with constructive feedback and assisting team to solve customers' problems
Maintaining positive customer relations
Motivating the sales team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team
Responsible for all payment transactions, operating the scanners, scales, cash registers, and any other electronics.
Assisting Branch Executive for warehouse stock receiving and stock moving in & out, monitor stock quality and accuracy
Ensure to restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances
Ensure the stock replenishment and merchandising, check and record stock expiry date, and perform FIFO method.
Support for daily stock count.
Ensure all the company's policy, rules and regulation, standards and procedures are clearly explained to and followed by staff.
Ensure compliance to local law and regulations for all activities at the branch outlet.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
Strong sales ability, business acumen and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good time management, strategic planning and organizational skills.
3 years of experience as Sales Supervisor/Lead with solid understanding of a successful business and management practices, preferably in duty-free
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Proven to lead and manage a team, work under pressure and handle customer complaints
Able to multi-task and prioritize, and attention to details oriented.
