Job Responsibilities Responsible for overseas business development and project coordination in APACKey accounts/Sales management includes overseas customers relationship handling (key accounts and dealers), customers visit, sales lead management, projects identification, contract terms negotiation, sales contracts confirmation, and project management (including but not limit to project execution, complaint handling, follow-up process till completion of projects with customers' highest satisfaction)Coordination, synchronous collaboration with product development department, R&D department, specific project team, and associated department for overseas business development, customers' needs feedback and to assist the Company to provide the right products and services to our customersOverseas project risk management – this includes the assessment of customers and dealers credit worthiness, debts/payment collection, and the likeAchieve annual sales budget set by the CompanyWork closely with Regional Office and Headquarter in developing specific sales campaigns - custom-tailored solutions for customers/dealers/distributorsAttend trade shows/exhibitions and Company functions/events as per required Requirements Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in Ports and Terminals, Airports, or logistic related businessExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Familiarity with logistics, autonomous vehicles, or AGV-related fields; understanding of AI applications in these industries is a plus.Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in industries such as ports, automation, automotive or manufacturing with established client relationships and resources preferred.Strong team collaboration skills, able to work with internal teams and other departments to coordinate resources and achieve sales goals.Ability to handle work pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and possess strong psychological resilience in a competitive sales environment.Excellent learning and adaptability skills, continuously improving sales skills and professional knowledge to keep up with company and market changes.Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective communication with clients in English and Mandarin ( Essential).
