ABOUT YOUR ROLE: The ASEAN Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with System Integrators, End Users & Customers and the broader RFID ecosystem across ASEAN.
The successful candidate will also handle project management for technically complex requirements, participate in technical field testing and troubleshoot customer issues.
Additionally, the ASEAN Sales Manager will drive developmental pilots in target segments from conceptualization to commercialization.
This role will also require the candidate to actively manage opportunity pipeline management through to commercialization including sales and business development pipeline generation and conversion.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Develop sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets Liaise with other functions, including product development and production teams, to ensure achievement of sales objectives Track, collate and interpret sales figures Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue Manage existing accounts/customers Engage directly with customers and business partners on both technical and non-technical levels to ensure superior support service Qualifications Candidate should preferably have RFID technical experience with a good understanding of UHF, HF and NFC RFID Strong multi-tasking and project management skills. Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies, with enough knowledge to determine what is and what is not possible Communicates in a clear, objective, and confident manner with scalability to progress to the next level in the coming years. Teamwork, leadership, and facilitation skills required to enable effective cross-functional collaboration and leverage.
