Job Responsibilities:Engage and develop a good relationship and rapport with existing and potential customers as well as co-workers.
Aggressively generate rental sales to meet rental sales targets set by the company.
Responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring business growth.
Find new business opportunities or growth potential customer pools from the relevant construction or warehouse market while servicing existing customers.
Assist in studying and researching the competitor market and activities as well as the latest market segmentation.
Follow up on payment and collection in recovering bad debts from existing customers.
Prepare weekly rental sales planning and reports.
Provide comprehensive rental sales information and proposals to establish clear business dealings.
Strategically develop new customer accounts through targeted business planning.
Understand customer needs and present suitable pricing and quotations.
Regularly service existing customers to ensure their professional needs are met.
Provide comprehensive purchase information to establish clear business dealings.
Job Requirements:Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 2 years of working experience in Construction or a related field is required for this position.
Required skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
Dynamic and possess critical thinking skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently; resourceful, aggressive, and results-oriented.
Possess good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Possess upstanding character integrity and work ethics including sound judgment, honesty, dependability, and loyalty.
Travel as and when required to perform assigned duties.
Possess own transport and able to travel outstation.
