Conduct joint discussions with Line Managers to analyze the financial and economic market to develop a sales plan and strategy.
Work with Line Managers to plan daily/weekly/monthly sales activities as per sales plan and strategy.
Act promptly on leads and follow up activities in order to close the sale.
Organize roadshows and corporate counters on a weekly basis.
Ensure submissions by staff are within the Bank's guidelines and ensure document authentication to minimize fraud cases.
Ensure Head Count targets are met.
Train and coach staff.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times during roadshows/events and during working hours.
Observe all laws and regulations governing the Bank's business and profession.
Treat all customer information as confidential.
Avoid aggressive and offensive sales practices.
Comply with PDPA 2010, FSA 2013, and other related guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
