Sales Manager (CNC Manufacturing) - Penang & Johor Job Description Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities key customers to drive market expansion.Maintain strong and positive relationships with customers, providing them with information on engineering solutions, pricing updates, and other developments.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and consultative approaches to meet and exceed allocated sales targets and objectives.Drive revenue growth by establishing strategic partnerships with various stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute desirable and feasible initiatives.Provide comprehensive product information to both existing and potential customers.Prepare customized solution proposals and presentation kits for each customer in a professional and strategic manner.Negotiating contracts with key customers and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.Establish and promote best practices in client interaction, sales processes, and after-sales support for each customer.Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and addressing product-related inquiries and features.Identify customer problems and proactively resolve them to the customer's satisfaction, either directly or by involving relevant departments for proper resolutions.Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and Management.Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Proven track record of successful in key account management, sales or business development experience for Managerial Position.5-7 years' working experience in Precision Engineering, EMS, Medical, Aerospace, Automotive or Semicon manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of precision engineering processes and solutions will be an added advantage.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.Willingness to travel to industry events and client meetings as required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and digital marketing tools
