Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets in healthcare facilities in Malaysia for STERIS Endoscopy Reprocessing Capital and Consumables along with the Procedural GI Capital and Accessories. With your strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, you develop the business, build relationships, uncover needs of our customers, and develop meaningful and valuable solutions. This is done by taking an agile approach to each opportunity and using strong market research and planning skills. You are accountable for strategic planning, evaluating, marketing and implementing new and existing products, management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and budget control.
You will become a critical member in Malaysia opportunities, as well as managing existing relationships with an eye for growing revenue by cross-selling with our complete portfolio solutions or by upselling in existing accounts. What You will DoDeveloping and implementing sales strategies to achieve the annual revenue targets.
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Developing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Creating and managing sales budgets and forecasts.
Providing training and coaching to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
Representing the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Take part in projects and tenders' preparation and fully support the tendering process.
Leverage strong client relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
What You Will BringBachelor's Degree with significant sales management experience in healthcare sector
Experience in tender preparation
Working knowledge in product specification analysis
