What you'll be doing?Drive Sales Success:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
Build Strong Relationships:Cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships, fostering preference for our products and services.
Proactive Sales Approach:Prospect potential clients, schedule meetings, present tailored solutions, and close sales with confidence.
Stay Ahead of the Curve:Keep yourself updated on product knowledge and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction:Provide quality service and support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:Monitor market trends and competitors, offering valuable insights to guide company strategy.
Industry Representation:Represent SBN Industries at trade shows, conferences, and key industry events, enhancing our brand presence.
Who are they looking for?Educational Background:A Diploma holder with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
Industry Experience:At least 5 years of sales experience in energy, petrochemical, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors, bringing valuable insights to the role.
Language Proficiency:Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with excellent communication skills to engage diverse clientele.
Results-Driven Mindset:A proactive and target-oriented individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding goals.
Persuasive Communicator:Skilled in the art of persuasion, able to effectively convey the value of our products and services.
