As a Sales Manager responsible for KOL/KOC services on TikTok, your role will focus on driving the adoption of TikTok's influencer marketing solutions by connecting brands with KOLs and KOCs. You will manage the sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals, while also leading a team of two members to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of sales targets. You will leverage TikTok's app and tools to create impactful marketing campaigns for clients, helping them harness the power of influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue through TikTok, focusing on expanding our customer base and increasing sales.
-TikToK and Lemon8 KOL/KOC Services: Lead the sales efforts to promote TikTok's influencer marketing services, focusing on connecting brands with top KOLs and KOCs for content creation, brand collaborations, and campaigns.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing teams, brand managers, and agencies to understand their needs and develop tailored KOL/KOC campaigns.
-Campaign Strategy and Execution: Work with clients to showcase KOL/KOC-led campaigns that align with brand goals. Oversee the creative and execution processes to ensure smooth collaborations between brands and influencers.
-KOL/KOC Network Development: Identify and develop relationships with key TikTok influencers recruit them.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service delivery and repeat business.
-Platform Management: Ensure smooth operation of sales on TikTok, including troubleshooting issues, managing listings, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
-Customer Support and After-Sales Service: Provide prompt and professional customer support, resolving any inquiries or issues related to products, services, or platforms.

; Requirements:-
-Fluency in Malay (both written and spoken) is a must.
-Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in marketing agency, business development, or advertising, preferably with a focus on social media platforms.
-Strong background in KOL/KOC marketing and a proven track record in the media industry.
-Strong understanding of TikTok tools and functions.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in both sales and operational tasks.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
-Familiarity with CRM tools, data analysis, and sales reporting.

-Strong Network: Established relationships with influencers, agencies, and brands that can be leveraged to create TikTok campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
