Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager (Forex) at Global Market Index Limited.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing market strategies to drive growth in the Forex sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source new business leads through various channels such as online platforms, industry networks, and referrals.
Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients, including retail traders and institutional partners.
Conduct cold calls, attend networking events, and use social media platforms to expand the client base.
Recruit, onboard, and manage partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and strategies.
Provide IBs with the necessary tools, support, and training to enhance their performance.
Promote forex trading products and services to potential and existing clients.
Manage client relationships by offering tailored solutions, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Achieve sales targets by proactively following up on leads and closing deals.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Stay informed about forex industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements, marketing strategies, and market expansion.
Qualifications
Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
Knowledge of Forex and financial markets
Based in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Taipei, or Dubai
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in setting and achieving sales targets
Ability to create and implement effective market strategies
Understanding of trading platforms and technologies
Proven track record of sales success
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
