The Sales Manager for H&C will play a crucial role in enhancing sales and profitability by leveraging organic growth strategies and exploring new market opportunities. This position involves defining and executing the H&C strategy in collaboration with market segment heads and the regional sales team, while also identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and applications.
Job Highlights: Sales Management: Drive H&C sales in alignment with the APAC business strategy to meet and exceed sales targets mainly for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines markets.Strategic Execution: Develop and implement key action items for H&C strategies, executing these actions effectively with distributors and customers.Budget Ownership: Manage the H&C budget, including planning, monitoring, and cost control to ensure financial targets are met.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers on marketing strategies, portfolio management, product pricing, and forecasting/budgeting.Channel Management: Lead and develop business partners and distributors, managing channel relationships to boost sales and ensure accountability for the assigned countries.Market Analysis: Monitor market dynamics, including customer trends, market segments, and competitor activities, and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.Project Development: Initiate and manage new projects in collaboration with distributors and customers to drive growth and innovation.Requirements: Education: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Sciences, or a related field is preferred.Experience: 5 years of professional sales experience within the chemical industry, with a focus on H&C or related sectors.Industry Knowledge: Strong technical and industry knowledge in chemicals and Hygiene & Care.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.Leadership: Proven leadership abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
