We're in search of an experienced and visionary Sales Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of driving business to new heights, specifically within the Asia market.
Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Drives manages and executes the business and revenue from their dedicated markets (Asia), by properly monetizing existing and new clients.Client Relationship Management: Meet or exceed agreed new client revenue generation. Continue to work with clients for the first year and upsell new product offerings that BETER provides. Work with the account management team to ensure the client maintains sustained revenue generation.Market Analysis: Analyze regional market dynamics in iGaming to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities.Team Leadership: Educates team members on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing.Market Analysis: Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans.Collaboration: Requirements: Process, data-driven sales operations background. Strong experience with CRM platform (Pipedrive), and building track-able, repeatable sales processes.2 -3 years experience and proven track record of successful online gaming (Sports Book) industry sales.Proven track record of success in sales management within the betting industry in the Asia market.Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situationsMust be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and work well on their own or as a member of a teamAbility to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workloadProven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.)Ability to travel 1 - 2 times a month to attend different trade events as well as meeting with clients.Experience utilizing CRM systems and marketing automation systems (such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Outreach, etc.) Strong commitment to integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.Three (3) month probationary period.
