Sales funnel reports to be generated and reviewed during bi-weekly sales meeting. Utilize Salesforce CRM and relevant systems to log key sales activities, quotations, opportunities, account information, contact information, comply with approval flows and order processing flowsWork with HOD and head of sales to understand, anticipate, and mitigate commercial, legal, technical, operational risk to CLLS through proper study of the project specifications, terms and conditions and other relevant documentation. Job Costing Adopt pragmatic measures to ensure jobs are accurately costed and processed within prescribed guidelines.To work closely with pre-sales and engineering to ensure quote accuracy prior to release of quotation to customer.To ensure that quotation costings are accurate and/or up to date with frequent RFQs to principal suppliers or sub-contractor for the required scope of work To gather and maintain EAR costing from principal suppliers to ensure system pricing stay current with market. Credit Control Work closely with Finance to keep abreast of accounts which have reached or exceeded their credit limits and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.Monitor accounts for possible delinquency and initiate appropriate management action to avert serious loss and/or financial risk to the company. Facilitate customer credit applications and credit reviews. Public RelationsMaintain good rapport and relations with customers, principals and suppliers for maximum benefit. Sales and Marketing Plan Assist Head of Sales in the formulation and implementation of strategic Sales and Marketing Plan to develop and maintain existing business and penetrate new markets. Market Analysis and Development Conduct periodic market research and analysis to determine market potential, competitor activity and product strengths and weaknesses.To keep close to market to determine market potential, competitor activity and product strengths and weaknesses. Report findings and work with the Head of Sales to adopt appropriate strategies to develop the market. Procurement Seek reliable sources of suppliers for parts and equipment to ensure consistent supply of quality products to meet Company's technical and commercial requirements.Conduct negotiations for best possible deals and ensure Company is adequately protected against manufacturer's defaults and identified risks. Commercial Documentation Prepare the necessary commercial documentation for the sale of Company products and procurement of supplies for project execution. Systems and Procedures Comply with Company systems and procedures on the sale, warehousing, transferring, inspection and purchasing of goods.
