Sales Manager Outletis responsible for the overall management and smooth running of the outlet's daily operations which includes compiling of sales reports and collection reports.
Responsible for ensuring the outlet monthly vehicle sales targets are met and cost control is monitored.
Responsible for developing and motivating all staff personnel by displaying outstanding leadership values.
Liaise with Marketing and related departments on activities (Indoor and Outdoor).
Manage, develop, and retain a highly motivated and high-performance sales team at the outlet.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies to safeguard the company assets.
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings with the Sales Team.
