Job Responsibilities:Develop sales strategies to ensure attainment of sales goals of assigned territory.
Lead, direct, and motivate the distributor's sales team to achieve overall sales objectives.
Assist the distributor's sales team in developing new channels/customers to ensure full coverage of area by channel/product category.
Initiate and coordinate the development of sales plans for existing and new customers.
Products Work:Participate in setting price strategy in coordination with the Head Office team.
Conduct market surveys and collect information including competitors, new products, etc.
Marketing Work:Assist in developing the marketing plan and ensure execution with the sales team.
Ensure visibility, availability, and proper displays of own brand products in key accounts.
Others:Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Maintain updated records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
Follow up with the distributor on due payments.
Desired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in a relevant major.
3-10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the stationery industry; experience with international brand branches in the assigned territory is preferred.
Able to travel within the assigned territory with the distributor's sales team.
Strong execution abilities and timely feedback on projects.
English proficiency is required.
