Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company in southern and Singapore.
This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on partnerships with corporate clients, SMEs, and business owners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate marketing departments and decision-makers in SMEs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for ASEAN Records.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Achieve sales and partnership targets, ensuring growth and expansion for ASEAN Records.
Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative campaigns and solutions for clients.
Represent ASEAN Records at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 - 4 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
Proven experience in business development or sales, with a focus on corporate or SME sectors.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and business development processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
