Sales Manager

Job description Our client is a well-known pharmaceutical distributor and is looking for a new Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for leading a sales team and overseeing nationwide sales performance and activity.



Key Responsibilities: Planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve commercial sales targets and company objectives. Building a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorships, coaching and guidance. Expanding the market by identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining existing clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and conducting business reviews. Leveraging on market trend analysis and competitor activities to formulate effective strategies. Skills and Experience Required: Diploma/Degree in Bioscience, Pharmacy, or any related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in sales management or team leading is mandatory. Experience in pharmaceutical sales across GP and pharmacy channels is an added advantage. Exellent verbal and written skills in English. Possess own transport and willing to travel across Malaysia.
