Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
Provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and upcoming product releases.
Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting findings to upper management.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and after-sales service, to ensure coordinated efforts and support for the sales team.
Organize training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Monitor expenses and demonstrate a return on investment (ROI) for sales activities.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus point.
Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
4 years and above of progressive experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales volume targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and historical data.
Proficiency in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to upper management.
Collaborative approach to working with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and after-sales service, to ensure coordinated efforts.
Experience in organizing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Experience in developing and managing budgets for the sales department.
Knowledge of and adherence to industry regulations and standards governing automotive sales.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
A master's degree may be preferred.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be a plus point but not mandatory.
- Extensive experience in after-sales service management within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of progressively responsible roles, including leadership and managerial positions.
- Familiarity with automotive after-sales service processes, including maintenance, repairs, spare parts management, and warranty services.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and address customer concerns effectively.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Experience in optimizing the procurement process for spare parts and services.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges in after-sales operations.
- Familiarity with automotive technology and the ability to leverage technology solutions for process optimization.
- Experience in implementing and managing software systems relevant to after-sales services.
