Job DescriptionSales Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Achieve Sales Targets:Drive sales performance and ensure the company consistently meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Actively manage and monitor sales performance, providing guidance and support to the teams to ensure objectives are met.
Team Leadership & Development:Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure performance targets are met. Work closely with the Learning & Development department to ensure the teams are consistently trained, mentorship is given, and ongoing support to develop the team's skills and maximize productivity.
Collaboration with Marketing & Operations:Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales and promotional strategies, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Budget Management:Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective sales activities and maximizing return on investment.
Competitive Analysis:Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to stay ahead of industry shifts. Adjust sales strategies based on competitive landscape and emerging opportunities in the slimming sector.
Brand Representation:Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and strengthen industry partnerships.
Job RequirementsAt least 8-10 years of proven success in sales within the slimming, wellness, or health industry, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong capability to drive strategy and execute sales plans, especially within the retail sector.
Ability to drive revenue and expand franchises over time.
Female candidates would be preferred.
English and Malay fluency is a must; Mandarin speaking candidates would be preferred.
