In this position, you will lead the sales team. You will be responsible for mentoring and managing salespeople and growing the business in the assigned channel.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership:Manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with performance KPIs. Regularly report on progress and results to senior management.
Reporting & Budgeting:Develop and present periodic sales and performance reports to management. Assist in setting the department's budget and manage expenses within the approved limits.
Sales Budgeting:Contribute to the annual sales budgeting process, setting revenue targets by country, product category, and key account.
Sales Monitoring:Monitor monthly sales progress, providing comprehensive reports on the market situation, revenue status, and recovery plans if sales targets are not being met.
Key Account Strategy:Identify, engage, and set revenue targets for key accounts, collaborating with local distributors to explore new opportunities.
Account Engagement:Foster long-term relationships with key customers, working to secure preferential vendor status and gather insights into their expansion strategies.
The Successful ApplicantRelevant experience in sales management, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
Experience in managing distributor relationships and key accounts is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies based on market insights.
