Sales Manager/Business Development Manager (palm oil industry) Biomicrogel Group is an innovative company established in 2012 by a team of engineers who developed a unique technology for cleaning water and hard surfaces from any types of oils, petroleum products, and integrated pollutions.
Our team was the first in the world to take the reversible solubility principle of natural polymers used in the medical pharmaceutical industry for the microencapsulation and transportation of medical drugs in the human body and apply it to water treatment and the cleaning hard surfaces in industry.
Our products are also used in the palm oil extraction process.
2 fabrication shops 630 tons of products per month 4 chemical-analysis laboratories 74 patents in 62 countries >100 staff Due to the active growth and development of the company, we are looking for a sales manager with experience in palm oil industry.
Responsibilities: Develop new customers and support existing, expanding the customer base; Prepare presentations and present to the customers and distributors; Attract new distributors.
Support and coordinate existing distributors and sales activities.
Participation in industry events: conferences, exhibitions, round tables, etc., represent our company.
Sales forecasting, customers and distributors stock forecasting.
Competitor research.
Maintaining a CRM system, Act according to the company plan.
Report BDD.
After 6 month probational period and at least 2 new customers - promote to Sales Director.
Supervise all sales activities in SEA.
Resources coordination.
Requirements: High education.
Experience in palm oil industry/water waste management/ water treatment. Must know palm oil mill production process.
Developed technical skills and an engineering mindset, analytical skills.
Developed communication skills (active listening, leading the conversation, reasoned defense of the position).
Proactive and leading position.
Good presentation skills (preparation and presenting).
Diligence and Responsibility.
Speak Malay and Bahasa Indonesia, and English Readiness for frequent business trips (60 - 70% of working time - business trips).
