Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC Powder). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the GCC market, and excellent leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for GCC Powder to achieve revenue targets and drive market growth.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape related to GCC products.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and to address customer needs effectively.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of GCC Powder applications and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.Negotiation and Closing: Engage in high-level negotiations with key clients and close sales to achieve individual and team sales goals.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on industrial minerals or related products preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong understanding of the GCC market, applications, and customer needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team.Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
