Position:Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Service and build relationships with existing customer accounts.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information for effective sales planning.
Prepare sales reports as required.
Monitor sales performance against targets and take pro-active actions.
Build required technical and sales capabilities.
Provide coaching and training to new sales personnel.
Lead and coordinate price negotiation efforts with customers.
Develop and manage new business efforts.
Seek out new business opportunities and manage new business projects.
Coordinate customer's new programs with application members.
Work with segment leaders from other countries.
Build relationships with principals represented and seek new business opportunities.
Work Location:Position will be based in Penang
