Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the domestic sales team to strategize and execute action plans to meet and exceed sales targets within deadlines.
Proactively generate new sales leads, negotiate client pricing, and forecast sales revenue.
Evaluate current sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvement strategies.
Initiate and drive effective sales and marketing activities to penetrate existing and new market segments.
Contribute to strategic planning by providing sales insights and recommendations; oversee action plans to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure top-notch service quality and compliance throughout the customer value chain.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Holder of a valid Class-3 driving license.
Strong spoken and written communication proficiency in at least two main languages (English and Mandarin) to interact effectively with clients and team members.
A truly self-driven, goal-oriented individual who thrives on achieving targets and earning commissions.
