Sales Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all sales operations and team member roles in both subdivisions: Business-to-Business and Cash & Carry.
Create and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets set for each sales representative.
Guide sales representatives to develop promotions and proposals that align with the strategies set.
Set sales targets and track sales performance. Prepare sales reports.
Monitor daily sales trends and motivate team members to achieve the set sales targets.
Monitor payment collection, documentation, and other backend processes involved.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers. Maintain and update customer records and databases.
Organize and attend client meetings.
Conduct research to create successful sales strategies.
Strategize and coordinate team efforts.
