Job Descriptions:Take ownership of achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within various industries, with a focus on understanding the unique needs of different B2B clients.
Develop and implement all the sales strategy, planning & distribution strategies of the company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
Coordinate shipments and logistics for overseas orders.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for global expansion.
Represent the company's brand and values in all contact with customers to maximize customer retention and repeat business.
Follow up on outstanding invoices, communicate with customers regarding payment terms, and ensure timely collection of payments.
Actively manage a sales pipeline ensuring customers receive the required updates within the desired time frames.
Lead contract negotiations and agreements within various sectors, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue objectives.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and tactics within different markets, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Work closely with other business departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify sales opportunities.
Requirements:At least 3-5 years of working experience in Sales.
Experience in the FMCG industry (Food & Beverages) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of FMCG industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Ability to work independently and willingness to travel.
Positive attitude in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, continually evolving environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred experience in export business.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Logical, issue-driven, and critical thinking skills.
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, work independently, and coordinate well in a team.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
Possess own transportation.
