Sales Manager

Details of the offer

Directly manage and oversee sales operations in Malaysia, ensuring achievement and surpassing of sales targets.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities across various channels, including beauty stores, corporate clients, lifestyle stores, convenience stores, and more.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to discover new growth opportunities.
Market Expansion:
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and grow in new Asia Pacific markets.
Identify and engage potential distributors and partners in target markets.
Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements with new partners to ensure successful market entry and growth.
Sales and Business Development:
Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives within the assigned region.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer preferences and needs.
Design and implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Client and Distributor Management:
Establish and maintain robust relationships with distributors and key clients.
Provide comprehensive training and support to distributors, ensuring they are equipped to effectively market and sell our products.
Resolve any distributor or client issues or concerns with prompt and effective solutions.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for potential improvement.
Offer feedback and strategic recommendations to refine sales strategies and operational processes.
RequirementsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
Experience in healthcare and wellness industry is highly preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Market development trend insight and analysis ability.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages.
Good team player, excellent attention to detail, independent and responsible
