Job Description:
1.Develop strategies adapted to changing market conditions to grow the specialty gas revenue.
2.Grow the revenue with existing customers with new products and services leveraging on relationships with existing customers. Identify potential customers in the specialty gas segment and complete research on their production process and application needs and position company's offerings.
3.Having in-depth knowledge of products value proposition. Becomes a subject expert in our products, processes and operations, and remain up to date to industry news.
4.Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
5.Prepare business proposals and negotiate with key stakeholders for new products.
6.Identify and connect with key decision makers (initiator, influencer, decider, user) within a customer organization from commercial and technical perspective.
7.Monitor competitor - understand local & regional competitor strengths and weaknesses (market share, cost positions, etc.), and expected/typical behavior.
8.Manage specialty gas products responsibility to ensure all local, state and national regulations are complied with.
9.Assist in coordinating product, process or engineering changes, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material flow.
10.Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1.Strong execution skills, motivational, and partnership building skills and self-driven
2.Strong communications skills (effective presentations at all levels, negotiation, problem solving).
3.Customer relationship building skills.
4.Good specialty gas product knowledge on hazard classifications, chemical properties and compatibilities.
5.Business or Technical degree/training preferred with minimum 5-8 years experience in specialty gases.
6.Experience in equipment business (for wafer fab manufacturing, gas related) will be an added advantage.
7.Financial skills with strong analytical approach.
8.Language Skills – Fluent in both written and spoken English, so as to be able to communicate with customers
9.Able to travel and possess driving license.
