Sales Manager in the Hotel Industry
Key Responsibilities:Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing strategic sales plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
Negotiating Contracts: Negotiating contracts and packages to maximize profits while meeting client needs.
Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Sales Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives, providing training and feedback to ensure they meet sales targets.
Promotional Activities: Collaborating with the marketing department to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
