Luxury Automotive- Prai, PenangDuties and Responsibilities:- Ensure monthly and annual wholesale and retail delivery target is achieved as set in the yearly Incentive agreement.- Ensure achieve KPI target set in the dealer terms and conditions.- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all sales employees.- Prepare and update business plan on a quarterly basis.- Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing always.- Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.- Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership.- Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.- Develops, implements and monitors a follow-up system for new/used-vehicle purchasers.- Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.- Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings.- Provides effective communication throughout the new/used-vehicle department as well as interdepartmentally.- Ensures that new/used-vehicle salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.- Provides proper product and training resources for salespeople on a regular and continuous basis. Ensure mandatory/required trainings are completed on timely manner.- Oversees the efforts of new/used-vehicle salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.- Works with salespeople on programs that will increase the new-car gross and accessories penetration.- Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.- Ensure the pricing stated on the Vehicle Sales Order and Invoice is verified.- Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.- Schedules first service appointment at time of delivery and introduce Service Manager to the customer.- Provides dealer with accurate floor traffic control data daily.- Reviews inventory daily to ensure the proper mix of grounded stock for maximum turnover efficiency.- Recommends to the Dealer Principal the new-car inventory to be carried by color, model and accessories, based on a variety of customer and market analyses.- Assists the used-vehicle department with trade appraisals as needed.- Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.- Creating cost-effective advertising/marketing programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.- Requirements and Qualifications:- Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills- Good analytical and coordinating abilities- Must possess good leadership qualities- Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details- Ability to work as part of a team- Must be able to motivate the drivers to ensure their full co-operation at all times- Must be able to manage time effectively and also meet/beat deadlines- A minimum of 8 years working experience in a similar role543990
