We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and monitor internal and external factors relevant to the company's strategic direction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Evaluate and enhance sales plans to align with the company's business objectives.
Prepare and drive KPIs for the team members.
Create and manage sales contracts across various market verticals.
Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns for specific vertical and product markets.
Manage the sales pipeline to maximize opportunities and close deals efficiently.
Provide technical support and oversee project implementation for marketing strategies.
Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports, including a recap of the previous year's performance and strategic insights.
Follow up on payments and address customer-related matters.
Coordinate with internal teams, including production, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
Possess technical background or mechanical background.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
