Strong communication, planning, enthusiasm, initiative & able to work independently
Responsibilities:
Plan, strategize and manage performance and activities for the department to achieve sales targets, increase sales volume and profitability
Ensure the outlet complies with Company's as well as principal rules, regulations & SOP
Able to provide guidance & motivate sales advisors as needed
