With over 800 distribution points across Malaysia and Singapore, as well as operating 25 official e-commerce stores, we have truly grown tremendously since the pandemic and we do not intend to stop. We want to become the region's leading distributor of the top beauty brands from the planet. Since Covid we have tripled our sales turnover and will continue to pursue aggressive growth through developing more top brands as well as increase sales.
Your role is to grow our brands and to build the best of best relationships with the top retail channels in Malaysia (Sa Sa, Watsons, Guardian, AEON, Parksons, etc) to deliver the best sales results and the best products to our customers.
You will be working closely with the brand manager and the CEO, and in partnership with our retailers, brand principals, and marketing team to integrate sales performance, customer needs, retailer's requirements, and 360 marketing concepts to deliver sales performance and company profitability.

Scope of Work
-Preparation and execution of optimized sales plan for key brands across our retail channels.
-Accountable for monitoring, analysis of sell in and sell out.
-In charge of driving the forecast and all activities / executions in retail channel.
-Track and report activities of competitors and develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management (Knowledge is Power)
-Monitor costs and provide inputs on proper pricing and contract terms to achieve targeted margins.
-Assist in negotiations and deal-closing
-Identify product gaps and improvement opportunities based on lost sales data, customer feedback and more.
-Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts.
-Propose areas for customer base expansion based on market knowledge
-Manage continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, and more.

-You need at least minimum 5 years experience in Modern Trade/ Key Account / FMCG arena so you can hit the ground running
-Must have experience working with modern trade retail outlets like Sasa, Watsons, Guardian, so as to be able to strengthen relationships and develop effective sales strategy. (It's all about Sell Out)
-Experience with skincare and beauty (Can't sell what you don't love)
-Excellent communication and presentation skills (it's all about relationships in business)
-Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated (We go faster when we Grow Together)
-Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
