Responsibilities
Responsible for growing sales revenue by achieving sales target and margin, ensuring year to year growth.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
Facilitate solving customer problems on application issues through training, information and recommendation of solutions through knowledge of competitive offerings, as well as, pre-sales, post-sales, demos and executing against marketing initiatives.
Responsible for sales activities to meet sales goals and develop new prospects and penetrate competitive accounts.
Setup, maintain, monitor, and cultivate accurate customer files and sales opportunities in Salesforce.com.
Prepare and deliver presentations and seminars that speak to the customers' business needs and applications by positioning our products as solutions to meet those needs.
Continually update information to the marketing team to create business development programs.
Work closely with the service team and extended regional sales team and business units in order to promote a high level of customer support.
Provide local support for planned customer events throughout the year and provide feedback to management on industry trends and customer growth opportunities.
Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts and develop a business plan through quarterly plans of action.
Basic Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Chemistry.
At least 8 years of sales experience in Analytical instruments.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills in both verbal and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Have own transport and willing to travel domestically.
Independent and able to work as a team.
Computer literate, with knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.#J-18808-Ljbffr
