Job Description Open Position: Sales Manager (Reputable Freight Forwarding Company) A reputable freight forwarding company is hiring for Sales Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include: Good experience working as Sales Manager with a good understanding of the current logistic industry in Malaysia with over 6 years working experience.
Developing new accounts and creating own marketing strategies to meet sales target.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Ability to ensure timely deliverance of assignment or projects assigned.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge of Mandarin languages would be an added advantage.
Job Requirements · At least 5 years of sales experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry.
· Good knowledge in air freight & sea freight selling process.
· Experience managing sales team more than 3 people.
· Dedication to providing great customer service.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Package Included: · Basic Salary + Medical Allowance + Other Allowances + High Performance commission · Monday to Friday working time.
