Sales Manager - Japanese Market

1. Responsible to conduct market research focusing on the Japanese community in Malaysia.2. Responsible to identify the clients that will be able to cater to the demand of the Japanese community in Malaysia.3. Develop the sales and marketing policy and contract that suit the type of clients.4. Plan, prepare, and coordinate sales "forecast budget", all activities related to the advertisement in Japanese magazine, "Senyum".5. Coordinate and deliver the "Sales Pitch" to convince the clients to subscribe to the advertising space in "Senyum".6. To conduct market research in identifying the current sales opportunities and trends for the Japanese community in Malaysia.7. To develop and implement policies for advertisement pricing to ensure optimal returns while at the same time "clients" satisfied with the advertising result.8. To supervise and manage the Sales and Marketing team in ensuring the performance always be able to provide good services.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:**2.
