Sales and BusinessDevelopment Developand execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenuetargets.Identifynew business opportunities through networking, market research, andcold calling.Buildand maintain relationships with new and existingclients.Conductsales presentations and negotiations with potentialclients.ConductSite Inspection / Discussion. Client Management Actas the primary point of contact for keyclients.Understandclient needs and tailor recruitment solutions to meet theirrequirements.Ensurehigh levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups andproblem resolution.Manageclient contracts, pricing, and serviceagreements. Team Management Providetraining and development opportunities for teammembers.Setperformance goals and conduct regular performancereviews. Strategic Planning Developand implement strategic plans to grow the agency's marketshare.Analyzemarket trends and adjust strategiesaccordingly.Workwith senior management to set overall business goals andobjectives.Monitorand report on sales performance and marketconditions. Marketing and BrandDevelopment Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop promotional materials andcampaigns.Representthe agency at industry events, trade shows, and networkingfunctions.Enhancethe agency's brand presence through strategic marketinginitiatives. The Requirements of therole: Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relatedfield.Min 5 yearsof experience in Foreign Worker Recruitment (Recruitment Agency)industry.Strongleadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire adiverse team.Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-drivenapproach.Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively acrossteams.Detail-orientedmindset with a focus on accuracy andefficiency.Provenability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and workunder pressure.
