Sales Manager (Live Stream)

Duties & Responsibilities:Live Stream Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive live streaming strategy to drive product sales.Plan and schedule live streams on various social commerce platforms (Shopee, Tiktok, Facebook, XHS, etc) that align with marketing campaigns and product launches.Analyze retail industry trends, emerging live-streaming platforms, and consumer behaviour to refine strategies.Event Management & Content Production: Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure high-quality, engaging live-stream content.Manage and optimize different social commerce campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, Live stream and performance analysis. Cultivate relationships and collaborate with influencers/KOLs to ensure smooth, effective presentations. Ensure the live streamer showcase and explain product features, benefits, and special offers in an entertaining and informative manner.Follow up on the business cooperation process, including sending samples to KOLs, managing KOLs' video and LIVE content publication, and tracking sales data.Sales & Performance Management: Set and monitor sales goals for live-stream shopping events, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.Facilitate cooperation through business negotiations, ensuring the achievement of sales GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) targets.Track key performance metrics (e.g., viewer, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize based on data-driven insights.Platform & Technology Oversight: Stay up-to-date with the latest live-streaming tools and technologies, and best practices in influencer marketing and live selling.Ensure the integration of e-commerce functionality within live streams (e.g., real-time checkout, product links).Troubleshoot technical issues during live events, ensuring a seamless user experience.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management. Customer Engagement & Feedback. Executing special assignment from time to time by the Management request. Job Requirements & Qualifications:3+ years of experience in e-commerce, sales, marketing, or live-streaming roles.Strong understanding of social media platforms, video production, and e-commerce integrations.Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic adjustments quickly.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Ability to perform in fast-paced environments and flexibility to work various shifts.Candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Preferably possess own transport.
