Job Responsibilities:Planning, directing and coordinating the sales activities of the organization
Planning and directing daily operations
Develop business growth plans and sales strategies to increase market share, generate additional sales revenue, and improve profitability of the organization
Perform sales activities for major accounts and develop new sales accounts or opportunities
Planning, administering and reviewing customer services and after-sales services while maintaining good customer relations
Monitoring customer service, payments, and administration costs
Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures related to sales activities
Directing merchandising methods by coordinating the work of salespersons to successfully close business
Leading and managing the activities of sales staff
Overseeing the selection, training, and performance of staff
Establishing and managing budgets and controlling expenditure to ensure the efficient use of resources
Representing the department in dealings with other divisions of the organization
Monitoring KPI performance for the sales department and conducting reviews on the progress of sales staff
Accomplishing department and organization mission and objectives by completing related results as needed
Responsible for payment collection from customers
Preparing and providing monthly KPI reports
Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required
Requirements:Freight forwarding background is essential
Sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, and haulage service industry
Possess knowledge of the industry market
Good grasp of the terminology and concepts of the industry
Able to bring in new customers for the company
