Responsible for quotation, proposal and closing of orders to prospects. Serve as primary liaison of technical, commercial and promotion support of all sales activities. Identify and develop system integration partners. Strengthens and maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Support marketing activities, including exhibitions, workshops and seminars Liaise with Regional Hub and the company Head Quarters on project discussions. Timely reporting of contact activities and sales opportunities in CRM Any other tasks, or project assigned by Superior Requirements: Professional Qualification/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Applied Sciences or equivalent. Minimum 5 years working experience in selling technology-driven capital equipment would be preferable. Experience in MNC business and ideally iwth matrix structure will be an added advantage. Strong connections in targeted industries a plus (sheet metal fabrication, machine tools, precision engineering, optics and precision laser technology) Possess good presentation skills, client relationships, negotiation, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals, creativity, sales planning, motivation for sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, IE) Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility, problem-solving, decision making abilities and customer orientation. Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit. Be able to have frequent business travel with irregular base.
